How do I return a product that I'm not satisfied with?

You can return unused products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all original packaging and accessories are included. Keep in mind that a 10% shipping fee and a 5% packaging fee will apply. For return instructions, pack the goods in the original box, seal it, and send us a picture of the product barcode. Then contact us at service@besqauto.com to get the return address.
