1. Order cancellation
- We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped.
- If you cancel the order at this stage, you will receive a full refund.
- However, if the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
2. The returns are accepted under the following conditions within 7 days of receipt:
- If you receive damaged, or missing parts;
- If you receive an incorrect product, package, or a non-compatible item: Please contact our customer service and submit photos or videos of the item as proof. After verification, a full refund will be issued.
* Please note: Due to variations in product batches, the logo or packaging may differ from what are displayed on the website. If the product's functions and appearance are correct, this is not considered a defect
3. For the unsatisfactory items, you may replace or return the unused products within 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be charged for a 10% shipping fee and a 5% packaging fee.
- The item should be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
4. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, or abuse.
- Missing original packaging or essential components.
Instructions on return:
1. First, please pack the goods into the original box, seal it, and send the pictures of the product barcode to us. ( the barcode is posted on the back of every item)2. Then, contact us at service@besqauto.com to get the return address.
3. Provide us with the shipment tracking number once the goods are sent out.
4. The refund will be processed after the package is received and checked.
