1. Cancel the Order
- We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped.
- If you cancel the order at this stage, you will receive a full refund.
- However, if the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Accepted Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
(1) Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items
- If the item you received is defective, damaged, or missing parts, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide clear photos or a video showing the defective or damaged item.
- After verification, we will issue a full refund.
(2) Incorrect or Non-Compatible Items
• If you receive an incorrect product, incorrect packaging, or a non-compatible item due to errors on our website, please contact us within 7 days.
• Submit the following proofs:
- Photos or a video of the incorrect item.
- Photos or a video showing the issue with the product.
• Please note: Due to variations in product batches, the logo or packaging may differ from what is displayed on the website. If the product's functions and appearance are correct, this is not considered a defect.
(3) Unsatisfactory Items
- For unsatisfactory, unopened, and unused items, you may replace or return the product within 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be processed minus a 10% shipping fee and a 5% packaging fee.
- The item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
(4) Unopened & Unused Items (30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee)
- If you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
- The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
3. Returns Not Accepted
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, or abuse.
- Items missing original packaging or essential components.
Here are the steps to return:
- Pack the goods into the original box, seal it, and send the pictures of the product barcode to us. ( the barcode is posted on the back of every item)
