1) Price and Delivery Costs

1.1 Unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions, prices indicated are end prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Any possible additional delivery and dispatch costs are specified separately in the respective product description.

1.2 For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise which are beyond the Seller’s control. They shall be borne by the Client. Such costs are for example money transfer costs (transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or customs duties or import taxes.

1.3 When payments are made using a payment method offered by PayPal, handling of payments takes place via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter called “PayPal”) subject to the PayPal terms of use which can be viewed at: PayPal User Agreement. In case the Client has no PayPal account, the conditions applicable for payments without PayPal account will be effective. They can be viewed here.

1.4 The prices of all products are in USD.

 

2) Orders and Shipments

2.1 All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 2 days.

• If there is a delay, such as the delay of the product to the warehouse on the same day, the logistics problem cannot be delivered in time, etc., we will contact you in time by email.
• Holiday orders, we will process for you within 48 hours. For urgent orders, you can contact us in the mail, and we will process your order in time.

2.2 During the transportation, we will follow up the logistics in time, and tell you the transportation method and order number of the product in time when shipping. If there are problems with the product during transportation, such as Lost, we will inform you in time. And reissue it for you in time. Please rest assured that we will keep track of your logistics information until you receive it.

2.3 Shipping time will normally cost 2 - 6 business days (USA-USA).

• Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than the expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

2.4 If the shipping address is in the United States, the buyer is not responsible for any costs. 

Please refrain from using PO Box addresses, as they pose a higher risk of loss. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

1. Order cancellation

• We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped.
• If you cancel the order at this stage, you will receive a full refund.
• However, if the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

2. The returns are accepted under the following conditions within 7 days of receipt:

• If you receive damaged, or missing parts;
• If you receive an incorrect product, package, or a non-compatible item: Please contact our customer service and submit photos or videos of the item as proof. After verification, a full refund will be issued.

* Please note: Due to variations in product batches, the logo or packaging may differ from what are displayed on the website. If the product's functions and appearance are correct, this is not considered a defect

3. For the unsatisfactory items, you may replace or return the unused products within 30 days of receipt.

• Refunds will be charged for a 10% shipping fee and a 5% packaging fee.
• The item should be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

4. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Damage caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, or abuse.
• Missing original packaging or essential components.

Instructions on return:

1. First, please pack the goods into the original box, seal it, and send the pictures of the product barcode to us. ( the barcode is posted on the back of every item)
2. Then, contact us at service@besqauto.com to get the return address.
3. Provide us with the shipment tracking number once the goods are sent out.
4. The refund will be processed after the package is received and checked.
